WHAT TO WEAR: Dress as you desire. We will be seated on the floor or couch and laying down.

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, blanket, journal/pen, and a picture of your Ancestors and anything else you would like to place on our Altar and to be comfortable on the floor.
